May 2026 Newsletter
Dear Resident of Stewart's Mill Homeowner's Association, Inc.,
On behalf of the Stewart’s Mill Homeowner’s Association Board, we are pleased to share the May 2026 Community Newsletter.
As we enter the spring and early summer season, the Board would like to extend a warm welcome to all residents and provide updates on important community initiatives, reminders, and upcoming events. We appreciate your patience with recent communication delays and remain committed to keeping everyone informed moving forward.
This month’s newsletter includes important information and updates on:
Preparation for the upcoming pool season
Clubhouse reservation guidelines
Pet (“fur-baby”) responsibilities and reminders
Playground and neighborhood safety
Enforcement of community covenants and compliance standards
Annual community clean-up efforts
Introduction of new Board members
Upcoming community events, including Family Fun Day
The Board has also emphasized its commitment to upholding the community’s governing documents and recent updates to Georgia HOA regulations. Moving forward, there will be increased attention to items such as street parking, unauthorized vehicles in common areas, and architectural review compliance to ensure consistency and community standards are maintained.
Additionally, work is underway to prepare shared amenities, including pool readiness and maintenance of detention ponds, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the community.
Please also be advised that homeowners with delinquent Association dues will be subject to suspension of certain services. This may include exemption from trash collection services, and trash receptacles may be removed by the service provider until the account is brought current. We strongly encourage all homeowners to ensure their accounts remain in good standing to avoid any service interruptions.
If you have any questions regarding the newsletter or community matters, please feel free to contact the board.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and for being a valued part of the Stewart’s Mill community.
