Where Neighbors Become Family.
Stewart’s Mill Homeowners Association
At Stewart’s Mill, our quality amenities bring neighbors together in a safe, clean, and family-friendly community that we’re committed to maintaining and improving together.
Welcome to Stewart’s Mill
Established in 2002, Stewart’s Mill is a beautiful master-planned community in Douglas County, just outside the Douglasville city limits. Our community has two sections, The Glen and The Lakes, built over three units and five phases:
Unit I – The Glen
Unit II – The Lakes
Unit III – Lakes II
We reached full buildout in 2012 and are now a vibrant 349-home neighborhood.
At the heart of our community are the amenities we all enjoy: a swimming pool with kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, walking trails, a lake, community park and playgrounds, and our clubhouse. These shared spaces are what bring us together and make Stewart’s Mill feel like home.
Let’s make this the great community we all deserve.
