Darrow Johnson

My name is Darrow Johnson, and I have been a resident of our community for 18 years. I am a proud Army military veteran, former CEO/Director of Atlanta Elite University for 15 years, and a retired federal employee from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where I served as a Supervisory Program Leader.

I am honored to serve on the HOA Board as your President. My goal is to lead with openness, transparency, and a genuine commitment to serving our community. I look forward to working together to continue making our neighborhood a great place to live for everyone.

I have lived in the community for over 18 years. I have 40 years of working in all aspects of Affordable Housing. We are all neighbors ans I love living in a community with forward thinking, compassion but most of all just being a food neighbor.

I have been on the Stewart's Mill HOA Board for the last five years. As the former President, my motto has always been, we are all neighbors. The former board and I made decisions for all 349 homeowners not on individual thoughts or preferences. We led on transparency, honesty and engagement. I am am child of God first, a neighbor second and lastly a board member.

Ron is an American Planning Association certified urban planner that serves as the Deputy Director of Community Development for the City of Chattahoochee Hills and owns West Georgia Planning, a boutique planning firm that assists cities throughout West Georgia with urban planning and economic development.

Ron is originally from New Jersey and has lived in the Glen at Stewart’s Mill full-time since 2019. He joined the board in April 2026 and currently chairs the Communication Committee.

My name is Schree Potts-Ramsey, and I have been a resident of our community for the past nine years. I currently serve as the Global Vice President of Operations for CBRE, and I am honored to serve on the HOA Board as your Treasurer. My goal is to foster openness and transparency within our community as I work to serve our residents with integrity and dedication.

I am a graduate of Norfolk State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also hold Master’s degrees in both Marketing and Finance.

My name is Darnell Duncan, and I am proud to serve as a member of your Homeowners Association. I have been a resident of this community since 2014, and my commitment to seeing it thrive runs deep.

As a real estate professional, I fundamentally believe that homeownership is the cornerstone of a strong, vibrant community — and that belief drives everything I do. I also serve as an Area Manager for the Douglas County Board of Elections, a role that reflects my broader dedication to public service and civic engagement.

I look forward to working alongside each of you to make Stewart Mill an even better place to call home.
