❊ About the Neighborhood

Two sections, one master-planned neighborhood.

Our neighborhood of 349 homes was constructed in two sections stretched across three units, all built within five phases. Each section was constructed by D.R. Horton, the nations largest homebuilder, starting in 2002 and progressing to final buildout in 2012. The neighborhood has about 20 unique floorplans and elevations, world-class amenities, and most importantly — the friendliest neighbors in Douglas County.

The Glen

The Glen features 120 homes and was constructed over two phases. The Glen is located north of Stewarts Mill Road at Arbroath Drive. Homes range from ~1,500 sq. ft. to 3,100 sq. ft. (not including basements). The Glen has two detention facilities, one in each phase that are owned and maintained by the HOA.

The Lakes I & II

The Lakes I and II were constructed over three phases. The Lakes I is located south of Stewarts Mill Road at Chattanooga Way. The Lakes II is located on Reynolds Road and features estate lots with homes with up to 4,000 sq. ft (not including basements). The Lakes has two detention facilities, one in each section that are owned and maintained by the HOA.

❊ The Board of Directors

The Community is governed by a five-member, full-time resident volunteer board.

The Board members are elected for two-year terms and chair the five community committees. Board positions and committees are unpaid and are volunteer-based. Board members are empowered to make decisions on behalf of the community for the best interest of the collective community. The board meets weekly and all meeting minutes can be found on the CMA portal.
