Pool Closure Notice – Effective June 21 Until Further Notice

Dear Resident of Stewart's Mill Homeowner's Association,

We regret to inform you that the community pool will be closed effective June 21, 2026, for maintenance and repairs and will remain closed until further notice.

The Association recently received notice from the County Health Department regarding maintenance items that require attention before the pool can remain in operation. While the Board had already identified these items and established a plan and schedule to address them in a manner that would have minimized disruption to residents and avoided a pool closure, the Association is now required to complete the necessary work before the pool can reopen.

We understand that this closure comes during the summer season and may be disappointing to many residents and families who enjoy the pool amenities. The Board and management share your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please know that the Association is working diligently with its vendors and contractors to complete the required maintenance as quickly as possible while ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements. Updates regarding the status of the repairs and reopening timeline will be provided as additional information becomes available.
